The democratic and simple but deeply emotional music is arranged in seven parts that will be performed by the Riga Dom Cathedral boys choir under the lead of Mārtiņš Klišāns, accompanied by organ (Alexander Hermann, Germany), cello quartet and harp (Oskars Krašauskis-Krauze, Latvia). The composer Robert Moran will attend the concert.
This commemorative event is dedicated to the mass deportations of March 25, 1949 and will be opened by kokle (chordophone) player Laima Jansone and the string quartet.
