August 18 and August 19 from 12:00 to 18:00 at the Town Hall Square from the Hanseatic League presentation tents will be open. This year the guests will be Riga, Rostock, Tallinn, Tartu and Kaunas, Vitebsk, Veliky Novgorod, Kingisepp, Valmiera, Koknese, Straupe, Ventspils and Limbazi. At the guest delegation presentation tents visitors will be able to further explore the Hanseatic cities, to observe and evaluate the best craftsmen work.

Early Music Ensemble "William Byrd Consort" by Andris Veismanis will offer music from three Hanseatic cities - Riga, Konigsberg and Danzig. The Ensamble will perform the 16th and 17th century compositions by the composers Bucenus, Krusius, Eccarda, Stobeus and others.

SQUARE AT THE ST. PETER'S CHURCH

In the square next to the St. Peter's Church there will be an authentic medieval market with craftsmens from Latvia, Belarus, Poland, Estonia. This will be not only a trade place, but also a place for ancient crafts, medieval costumes, weapons demonstrations, as well as a place for story telling about the domestic habits of medieval Riga. An activity area for children will also be open.
DOME SQUARE for one day only - August 18 from 10:00 to 22:00
150 Latvian craftsmen and merchants will help visitors to feel the Riga's ancient atmosphere by offering the inhabitants of Riga and guests their products and crafts, as well as demonstrating the ancient craft skills.
Old Town Hanseatic Market will end with a fiery show of percussion performance group PULSE EFFECT.
