As usually at the fair of Mikeldiena, starting from 9 o’clock in the morning, it will be possible to enjoy various rural tidbits such as apples, pumpkins, cranberries, herbal tees, honey, bread and bacon. One will be able to find there the most suitable basket for mushroom picking, various clay pots, woolen gloves and socks and many other beautiful and practical items made by Latvian handicraftsmen. 250 tradesmen will participate in the fair this year.

For the pleasure of the visitors of the fair there will be dance and song masters of Riga performing on the big stage all day long.
